HS2 hits milestone of supporting over 200 community projects with £12m of funding
06 Jul 2022- HS2 Ltd announced the milestone at the PACCAR scouts camp in Buckinghamshire, where HS2’s funding has helped build a new state-of-the-art climbing facility: (https://visual.library.hs2.org.uk/p/share/fGV9ZxPXFMWY)
- Since 2017, HS2 Ltd has now funded over 200 local community and business projects through the Community & Environment Fund (CEF) and Business & Local Economy Fund (BLEF).
- Over £12m in CEF & BLEF funding has now been awarded to local community projects and businesses that are impacted by the construction of Britain’s new high speed railway.

First chance to see incredible Roman busts uncovered in HS2 archaeological dig at the Discover Bucks Museum
05 Jul 2022- Two of the rare Roman heads from busts uncovered at St Mary’s Church in Stoke Mandeville have been loaned to the Discover Bucks Museum in Aylesbury
- They are available to view by the public from 16th July until the end of October
